Are you ready for some fun? I just love cake smash sessions, it’s like being young again and this time being able to have a food fight and not get into trouble. Come on, how many of us have looked at a cake and thought “I’d love to be able to grab a handful of that and wipe it on someone’s face”. Well you can. We start your Cake Smash session without the cake taking a few photos of your little one to get them used to the camera and lights. Then the fun begins,out comes the cake. If your little one is not sure about playing with the cake, then it’s time for mum or dad to go to work.

It’s best to book your session about 2 months before your tiny person’s 1st Birthday just before they start walking. I book up quickly so it’s best to try and book your session at least 4 months in advance but I will always try and fit you in if I have the space.

Your Cake smash Session will combine the ‘non messy’ part of a Milestone session with the fun of a Cake smash to celebrate your little ones 1st Birthday. Your baby may be standing, cruising or crawling and their personality is now really shining through! My 1st Birthday Cake smash session focuses on celebrating your baby approaching their 1st Birthday, capturing them in their last months as a ‘baby’. The first part of your session in ‘non messy’ and includes sibling /family pictures too if applicable, we will then give baby a break before bringing out the cake and letting them have some fun.
